How do I take care of my jewelry?

Our jewellery is made with high-quality materials so you can wear your jewellery worry-free, however a little care of your jewellery can go a long way. To preserve shine and increase the longevity, we recommend keeping your jewellery away from the following:

  • bleach
  • pools
  • salt-water
  • perfume
  • sanitiser
  • shampoo/soap
  • body lotion
  • any acidic chemicals that may cause the plating to wear off

Our recommendation:

  • remove jewellery if it will be in contact with water for a prolonged time to preserve the shine.
  • store your jewellery in a cool, dry, airtight box or bag to decrease the likelihood of oxidation, tangling and scratching. 
  • we recommend wiping your hands properly underneath your rings when you wash your hands as this can cause a build up of water, soap, moisturiser, or other debris to get trapped underneath. Going to sleep with these trapped underneath your ring can cause a slight amount of pressure and tension, resulting in dry skin which causes skin irritation. Therefore, we highly recommend taking off your jewellery (mainly rings) before going to sleep to give the skin underneath time to breathe.

By following our recommendations, your beautiful jewellery pieces can last for up to 3 years.

How do I clean my jewellery?

To clean your jewellery, we recommend to use a soft lint free cloth and carefully wipe your pieces often.

Handle with love and care

Some of our pieces are made with delicate attention to detail and require to be stored carefully to avoid any scratching from occurring.

Our promise

All of our jewellery made out of stainless steel and sterling silver is tarnish-free and water-safe. Our other items made out of other metals are not as durable and are more subject to tarnishing, hence they require the proper care. By following our jewellery care guidelines, you can preserve your beautiful pieces for a prolonged time. We promise no 'green' skin from our jewellery and that our jewellery is lead and nickel-free.
